Krista Wissink has spent 17 years plus participating in group exercise. She is passionate about movement and exercise theory. She feels that there is nothing better then the feeling of a rush of endorphins after a great workout. She sees this being shared with all of her participants with every class she teaches. Krista knows well the exercise benefits for healthy living as she is a certified Group Exercise Trainer through AFLCA; with portable equipment, Cycle, TRX, MoveBALL, and Mind/Body designations. She has done workshops and courses in running, nutrition and athletic conditioning. She is also able to do one on one training through her Resistance Training and Certified Fitness Trainer certification. Krista is highly experienced in prenatal/postnatal fitness, strength and weightloss. When she isn't busy with fitness (teaching or planning or learning) you can find her relaxing on Pender Island, B.C with her four kids; hiking, camping or just hanging out on a beach.
